Buying on-line - Is it safe?

Understandably, people are reluctant to divulge confidential information on the Internet. However, with our SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, shopping with Karwig Wines Ltd. is absolutely safe and secure. When you place an order online, Karwig Wines Ltd. encrypts (scrambles) all personal information. Providing encrypted information online is safer than doing it over the phone.

Privacy Policy - What happens my data?

At Karwig Wines Ltd., we are committed to protecting your privacy and you can be assured of the highest level of security and confidentiality. We do not disclose any information about you (name, address, e-mail, phone etc.) to any third party. We will send e-mail only to customers or to individuals who choose to receive such e-mails. At any time, you have the right to 'opt out' of receiving future Karwig Wines communications.

What is the delivery charge per order ?

The standard delivery charge per order is €9.50 including vat for orders less than €200. Delivery is FREE on orders over €200.

Where do you deliver to ?

We deliver to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

What is your minimum order ?

We do not have a minimum order.

What happens if I want to change my order ?

It is no problem to change your order up to the point where it is dispatched.

Can I include a gift message with my order ?

Yes, you can personalise a gift message at the time of placing your order.

What is the delivery time for orders ?

We ship order same day if the order is received before 11am. If the order is received later than 11am, it is then too late to be dispatched with our couriers. It will go for dispatch the following day. Most orders will be delivered within 2 business days but can take up to 5 business days at peak season times (e.g Christmas). However the vast majority of deliveries with be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order ?

If there is any problem whatsoever with your order or even if you are even slightly unsure about something, please contact us without delay by phone, fax, email or in person and we will do everthing within our power to sort the problem for you. We want to make sure that ordering from us is a pleasure and that you will come back to us again and again to order your wine.

Can I try some of the wines in advance ?

We would be delighted if you could call to see us in our shop and warehouse in Carrigaline. We have a selections of wines open for tasting throughout the week. If there is something that you would like to try specifically, we would be happy to open a bottle for you.

Do you sell overseas ?

We currently only see in the Republic of Ireland. We can accept orders from overseas so long as the delivery destination is in the Republic of Ireland.

Is your full range listed on your website ?

Not quite. We currently have over 800 different (delicious) wines in our range. It is going to take a wee bit of time to get photographs and tasting notes for every single wine up on the site. So, if you dont see a wine you are looking for in the 400+ wines listed already, please send us an email to info@karwigwines.ie and we can call you back to discuss lots of different options.
