Age Restrictions

It is illegal to supply wine to anyone under the age of 18 years old. By placing your order, you are confirming that you are minimum 18 years old

Ordering

All orders are accepted subject to availability

We reserve the right not to accept an order

Vat

All prices are quoted inclusive of vat at 21%

Site Errors

There may be occasional errors on the site. We reserve the right to rectify those errors and adjust any impacted orders accordingly.

Images may differ slightly from the actual product on occasion due to new labelling / vintage changes.

Returns

If you need to return your order - If a product is damaged when it arrives with you or if its quality is below par (e.g. the wine is “corked” ), we will replace the wine or give you a full refund – whatever you prefer.

Delivery

Delivery of orders is limited to the Republic Of Ireland only

Delivery of orders is normally within 2 business days but can be up to a maximum of 5 business days

A standard delivery charge of €9.50 applies to orders less than €200. For orders over €200, delivery is FREE.

If you are unavailable for delivery of an order, it will be returned to Karwig Wines from the courier. If it needs to be re dispatched, an additional delivery fee may apply, depending on the circumstances

Product Not Available

If a product is unavailable, we will advise you by return within 24 to 48 hours. You have the option of choosing an alternative recommended suggested product or you can cancel your order

It is essential that contact details are made available when ordering.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Laser and through RealEx

It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the order within 48 hours for any errors or damages. Please contact us if there is any problem with the order. We will do everything within our power to rectify any problem that may occur

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order - You may cancel your order any time up to one week after delivery. If we have already delivered, we will organise to collect the order and provide a full refund within ten days. If your order has not been delivered yet, we will provide a full refund once you contact us.

Connectivity to website

We may periodically need to conduct maintenance on the website. This may result in a temporary loss of service

Interruptions as a result of broadband connectivity issues, hosting issues etc are beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

Prices

All prices listed are Euro prices per bottles unless specified otherwise and are inclusive of VAT @ 21%.

General

These terms and conditions shall apply to all sales of goods by Karwig Wines Ltd. and the placing of an order with the company shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Buyer of these terms and conditions.

Goods remain the property of Karwig Wines until full payment has been received
