‘Les Cailloux’ is among the most dynamic of the leading Chateauneuf-du-Pape estates, Known for their wines of enormous charm and elegance but with the ability to age for many years. The Cotes du Rhone ‘Sommelongue’ must be among the best value of the area, having many of the characteristics of a minor but well made Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
 
Grape Varieties : 65% old-vine Grenache (80-110 years old, which adds to the overall potential of this already terrific wine); 20% Mourvèdre and 15% Syrah.
