Bilancia is the boutique label of Lorraine Leheny and Warren Gibson, both winemaking graduates if Roseworthy Agricultural College, South Australia. Their love of wine has seen them involved in winemaking since 1987 in Hungary, Southern Italy, Western Australia, California and France. First grapes were crushed in 1997 today production includes Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Balance is the target in their wines – a desire to have all aspects equal in structure.
