Enjoy the delicate texture and elegant tannins of this wine slender and perfectly balanced. The mid-palate expresses pretty flavors of blueberry, black currant and elderberry, backed by refreshing acidity. A thought flourished. Hard not to think of the Cote Rotie when we talk about the marriage of Syrah and shale.

A dress of shimmering purple ink indicates not only the youth of evolution but also the density of matter that awaits the taster. This wine develops a dense nose, mineral and fruity (blackcurrant / blackberry) on a lightly vanilla. The attack, very round, above a thick substance with notes of cocoa and toasted on strong but fine tannins. The very long finish indicates a great potential for development.
