Product Details
The vineyard of the Guibert de la Vaissière Family contains 40 hectares (99 acres) of vines planted in little clearings of 1 hectare maximum, surrounded by more than 1500 hectares of the wild guarrigue. The terrior consists of glacial deposit for the red wines and White Lutetitum limestone for the white wines. The use of modern chemical products are forbidden on the vineyard. There is a great respect of nature and of the expression of the Gassac Valley’s terrior.
