Domaine Aonghusa Noah

Domaine Aonghusa was created in 2001 with the purchase of 8 Ha of vines, cellar and house in and around the tiny village of Fontjoncouse in the Haut Corbieres. There aim is to produce hand crafted wines that reflect the grapes, site & climate. There are minimal interventions in the vineyards and cellar. All the grapes are hand picked into small 10kg fruit baskets. Bottling is done by hand with no fining or filtration.
