Coop. San Isidro is situated in the village of Villanueva de Alcardete in the production region of the La Mancha D.O. Our goal has always been to elaborate high quality wines and for this, the cellar has been equipped with the best and most modern technical facilities. We are the biggest ecological wine producers in Europe and probably in the world. Given our excellent climatic conditions, we are particularly proud of the minimum treatment we give our vines. We have dedicated 800 hectares of our land to ecological agriculture. 

Grape Variety : Sauvignon Blanc. 

Yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Aromatic with floral notes. Fruity, intense and sophisticated. Soft and elegant on the palate, flavourful and very structured. Fruity and fresh with a persistent finish.
