Product Details
One of the most charming wine farms in the Cape is tucked away in the Bottelary Hills. The Steytlers (winemaker Danie, marketer Yngvild and viticulturist George) oversee the replanting of 16 hectares of Chenin with Shiraz and Cabernet (an additional 35 ha of young reds come on-line soon).All plan to keep Kaapzicht in its present multi-medal-winning form.

The three cultivars were vinified and aged in small French oak barrels separately. They were blended together after 20 months in French oak.
