For 4 generations, Château LAMOTHE-VINCENT has remained a family company, while an attentive team contributes know-how in the vineyard, alongside the owners. Château LAMOTHE-VINCENT is composed of two main pieces, one lying at Montignac, the other situated at Castelvieil, both in the Entre-Deux-Mers area.
 
Grape varieties : 80% Merlot – 20% Cabernet-Sauvignon.
 
Ageing in french and american oak barrels (33% new) for 12 months.
 
Deep cherry red with ruby tints. Complex bouquet of plum, blackcherry, crushed strawberry, vanilla and cedar notes. Rich and elegant, earthy black fruits wrapped in full, well-integrated tannins and mineral-vanilla nuances, long velvety finish.
 
An ideal match for red meats, lamb, roast duck. Also well suited for pasta, red sauces and cheese.
 
Ageing potential: up to 20 years.
