The ripe cherry and bramble fruit plus a touch of chocolate is overlayed with a suggestion of mint or eucalyptus. Typically concentrated fruit from a dry land vineyard. This is an intense wine with a great tannin structure and a long finish. Medium to long-term cellaring.

Product Details

The vineyard and winery are situated in the Heathcote Wine Region in central Victoria. Due to the close proximity of the Heathcote – Graytown National Park, it is common to find all manner of native animals amongst the vines, including kangaroos, wallabies, emus, lizards and echidnas. The vineyard is non-irrigated and deliberately kept to a low yield ensuring the berries are smaller and more intense in colour and flavour.
