Pingorote Tempranillo Crianza

Intense cherry color with copper-colored shade, clean and bright. The spices (cinnamon and cloves) from the oak aging dominate the background of the fruit and toast flavors. In the mouth is fresh, a little complex and elegant with a large finish.

Coop. San Isidro is situated in the village of Villanueva de Alcardete in the production region of the La Mancha D.O. Our goal has always been to elaborate high quality wines and for this, the cellar has been equipped with the best and most modern technical facilities. We are the biggest ecological wine producers in Europe and probably in the world. Given our excellent climatic conditions, we are particularly proud of the minimum treatment we give our vines. We have dedicated 800 hectares of our land to ecological agriculture.

Grape Varieties : 50% Tempranillo, 25% Cabernet sauvignon and 25% Syrah.

Aged in American oak barrels (80%) and French oak barrels (20%). After 7 months, it will sleep for a minimum of 6 months in bottles.

It goes well with red and white meats, barbecue, hard cheese, fish, and smoked food.

The best served temperature is between 18 ºC and 20 ºC.
