Product Details
The Bird in Hand winery & olive grove is planted in the mineral rich soils of the 1879 Bird in Hand goldmine in the Adelaide Hills. The Nugent family’s estate grown range of super premium environment friendly olives, oil and wine are widely recognised as South Australia’s finest. Winemaker Andrew Nugent classifies the wine range into one of three old ‘goldmine’ names: Nest Egg, Bird in Hand, Two in the Bush.

The 2007 “Two in the Bush” Merlot Cabernet offers lifted aromas of ripe red fruits, fleshy plums and subtle oak.
