Pinot Noir is cultivated in the South of Limoux appellation, on foothills of the Pyrenean mountains, on clayey-calcareous soils at 450 metres of altitude. At this height, the vines do not suffer excess heat and the grapes ripen slowly.
Red in colour with violet tints. On the nose, blackcurrant perfume blends with woody notes. The wine is structured and balanced, full of tannins with morello cherry and liquorice notes on the finish. Ideal with lamb or roasted poultry
