De Castellane Brut Vintage
Champagne De Castellane is known as one of the oldest families in France, whose origins date back to Xe century the Counts of Arles and Provence. In 1895 the Vicomte Florens De Castellane established his house in Epernay. Communications man before his time, he chose as his trademark emblem, the Cross of St. Andrew in red, in homage to the standard of the oldest regiment of Champagne. Quickly becomes De Castellane champagne celebrations of the Paris of the Belle Epoque. Castellane is established in Epernay, capital of Champagne, in an imposing building listed as a historic monument.   Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay   Only big years give birth to Vintage De Castellane, who developed from a rigorous selection of only the best grapes. Blend of Pinot Noir (majority) and Chardonnay from the best crus of Champagne, it was raised over 4 years in the cellar. Its freshness and complexity are that over time it will reveal new flavors, becoming more subtle and surprising those who enjoy it.     Its elegance, structure and richness of its flavors make a great wine for dinner, which will showcase the finest fish or white meat finest.
