Chatelard’s philosophy is all about getting the excellence of Terroirs by playing with the quality of our soils, the nature and a delicate art-work of winemaking. The result is a discerning balance between freshness, elegance and complexity of Gamay and Chardonnay grapes. We want to bring to the fore wines of Beaujolais by the harmony and the aromatic richness of our cuvees.
The colour is bright and clear with a pale yellow colour and silver glints. Aromas of white and dried fruits are opulent. The palate is tender with lactic notes, the finish is round and soft.
A beautiful wine pairing with a pikeperch with white butter, and a sauce with a little acidity will make the perfect balance.
